As the first gathering of its kind, Changbal conference aims to bring together Korean IT professionals in greater Seattle area with the goal of mutual growth and networking.
We invited prominent speakers from around the globe who can provide insights into the ever-changing field of IT and how we should grow into experts in respective area.
There will be a variety of discussions and workshops where participants can learn and connect to each other. After the conference, we will also host social hours in restaurants around.
This event will be open to the general public and we will invite IT professionals in the area, which will benefit the community at large and enable Changbal to extend its reach.
Changbal Society started in 2014 as a forum where like-minded Koreans and Korean American professionals involved in technology in Seattle area can learn, network and grow.
During the past two years, we’ve been hosting monthly seminars as a means to achieve this goal. Over time, we have grown to more than 100 members across major IT companies and even some startups.
We’ve come to realize that we are filling an important need for IT professionals, and organizing this conference is our way to grow our reach and benefit the community.
